Micro-AV filed a trademark application for “MilliPod” with the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO). We were surprised that instead of issuing the trademark, PTO suspended the application. Turns out that there is a French company calling themselves Milla Pod. They don’t seem to have been active during the past two years and it is not clear whether they are still in business.
